Piero Bozzolo

I'm a DevOps engineer with a long background in AWS serverless architecture. I spent over seven years designing and building serverless systems on AWS, then three years as AWS Trainer Champion and AWS Serverless Community Builder, teaching cloud and helping others get certified. In the last two years I've joined Avaloq, an NEC company, working on the DevOps side of banking software infrastructure.

Outside of work I'm grinding through my PPL (Private Pilot Licence). Turns out flying and cloud engineering share more than a word. When not at the airport or behind a terminal, you'll find me on Instagram as @petecocoon.

This site is where I document personal AWS, cloud and electronics projects, and the things I've figured out the hard way. Stack of choice: Python or TypeScript for functions, Terraform for infrastructure.
